Responsible in formulating and driving sales strategies in FMCG/Consumer chain key accounts to drive portfolio growth and reach business objectives across the business and per respective key account channels
Collaboration retail buyers to plan, manage/monitor and implement in-store promotion activities
Conduct business analysis in areas such as sales, competition, category, market landscape and trade promotion to identify opportunities and bridge gaps
Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales within the team to drive team performance
Budget, P&L and forecast management
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder
Minimum 4 years FMCG experience in sales and/or account management handling FMCG/Consumer key chain accounts
Experience in pharmaceutical/OTC products is a bonus
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
Relationship oriented, team player and results-driven
